Hours
are from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. -
Monday to Friday.
You
will need to bring:
- Proof
of income
- Health
cards for everyone in your family
- Proof
of address
- Proof
of family allowance
