Services | Life Skills Training and Classes
The
Salvation Army kitchen programs were started to teach clients
how to cook simple, nutritious meals in a fun non-judgemental
environment. The Creative Kitchen teaches clients how to cook
and teaches the fundamentals like measuring, Canada food groups,
safe
food handling and reading recipies. Most have had absolutely
no experience in cooking. The Community Kitchen is a group of
people getting together to cook, share recipies, form friendships.
