Services | Coffee Houses and Drop In Times
Five
days a week the Salvation Community Centre hosts coffee houses
that are open to the public. They are places to get together
with friends, have a cup of coffee and a snack, and find a relaxing
place to get away to. The coffee houses are hosted by staff
of the Centre as well as New
Hope Community Church. For the evening coffee houses, the
sandwiches and soup is made up by the kitchen
and is a much loved tradition in Riversdale.
Afternoon
Coffee Houses
Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday at 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Thursdays
are movie days with a family friendly movie served with popcorn
and a drink.
Evening
Coffee Houses
Friday
at 8:00 - 9:30 p.m.
Sunday
at 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
Both
evening coffee houses feature soup, sandwiches, dessert and
often a musical guest.
