Residential Services

Residential Services | Youth Room

In partnership with the Ministry of Social Services, we set aside a room with two beds in it for boys that are 16-17 years old who find themselves in a dangerous situation or are on the streets.

Their room has lockers to secure their belongings, a television set, access to a computer as well as washroom, shower, and laundry facilities.

We provide this room as a part of our committment to keeping youth safe, off the streets, and outside of the influence of gangs.

In addition to services that we provide all of our long term and transitional clients, we also do regular bed checks, provide feedback to Youth and Family Services caseworkers, and help them with life skills (like cleaning up after themselves), homework, and offering a listening ear.
