Nutana Feeding Program:
The Salvation Army Breakfast Program provides nutritious breakfasts for students at Nutana Collegiate three days a week to ensure they are fed and ready for the school day.
Our lunch program ensures Nutana students are provided with a nutritious lunch every school day.
Weekend Investment in Nutrition (WIN) and Weekend Feeding Program
The Weekend Feeding Program is designed to fill the nutritional gaps students may face over the weekend.
With the assistance of our participating schools, students that are identified as needing assistance will receive a bag of food every week. Generously funded by Canpotex, these bags are filled with easy-to-prepare and nutritious food for the students to take home with them on weekends and return the following week.
This program is currently operating out of the following schools:

King George Community Elementary
Food on the Move:
Our Food on the Move Program provides fresh and nutritious lunches for children at playgrounds and parks around Saskatoon through July to August. With a scheduled route commencing at 12:00 every week day, you can find our Food on the Move volunteers at the following locations:

St. John’s School
St. Andrews Park
St. Mary’s School
Mount Royal Park
Ashworth Holmes Park
Back-to-School Backpack Program:
Our Back-to-School Backpack Program provides children in need with the necessary school supplies to succeed during the school year. Participants will receive a backpack and grade-appropriate school supplies.
The application period for this program occurs in August in preparation for the succeeding school year.
